The BGYN is excited to welcome the incredible Nouran Nour, BurlingtonGreen Program Assistant as the Guest Speaker at our upcoming drop-in BGYN meeting on Monday, June 13th on Zoom. The meeting begins at 4:30pm (zoom link here) & everyone ages 14-24 is welcome!

Nouran completed her degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo, where she learned how to address pressing environmental problems and ways to mitigate and adapt climate change and incorporate sustainable practices.

Nouran is passionate about living a sustainable lifestyle and spreading awareness in a variety of ways: hosting natural cosmetics workshops to promote zero-waste, blogging, podcasting, event organizing, outdoor education, social media and more!

She loves the outdoors, including hiking, gardening and biking and is excited to share what she has learned along her eco-journey with everyone on June 13^th BGYN!
