BurlingtonGreen is proud to be a partner in the Reconnection Project, a province-wide initiative from Environmental Defence that helps people connect with nature and their neighbours.
The purpose of the Reconnection Project is to help make it easier to build community connections, learn about local events, and explore nature in regions across Ontario. As the local coordinator, we lead Reconnect Burlington.

In addition, we publish the Reconnect Burlington Newsletter — a monthly spotlight of free and low-cost events happening in the city. Unlike our BurlingtonGreen newsletters, which focus specifically on environmental programs and opportunities, the Reconnect newsletters highlight a broader mix of community events, with a small section each month showcasing BurlingtonGreen happenings.
