As the sun melts into the horizon and the sky paints itself in hues of gold and rose, join us on the shoreline for a soul-soothing sound bath. Surrounded by the gentle rhythm of the waves, you’ll be guided into deep rest through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls.

This is a space to pause. To breathe. To let go.

What to bring:

Please bring water, a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, and anything else that provides you comfort. Depending on weather, you may want to bring an extra blanket or sweater.

Please note, I do not have any extra mats or blankets

The Location:

Address: 935 Lakeshore Rd, Burlington – This will lead you to the parking lot. Please cross the street and head on to the boardwalk path to enter the beach. I have included a screen shot from google maps with directions on where to go.

Please note: Because we are outside, there will be noise that we cannot controll. Our goal is to find the calm amoungst the noise, as this is practice for everyday life.
