Spending time in nature helps build resilience and inspires climate action. It can reduce feelings of climate anxiety while strengthening our connection to the environment, our communities, and each other.

Join Impact Net Zero (INZ), Toronto Nature Stewards (TNS), and the Toronto Field Naturalists (TFN) for an engaging online fireside chat on how nature can support mental well-being, ease climate anxiety, and inspire meaningful action.

Leaders from the three organizations will share stories and insights on how connecting with local natural spaces and participating in community stewardship can foster hope, resilience, and a sense of purpose in a changing climate.

Whether you’re looking to manage climate anxiety, get involved in your community, or deepen your connection with nature, this event will leave you with practical ideas, inspiration, and new opportunities to take action.
