Our current <a href=\"https:\/\/www.burlingtongreen.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/bg_2024_29_strategic_plan_min.pdf\">Plan estrat\u00e9gico<\/a> guides our journey with a strong focus on collective impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The time commitment is approximately 8-15 hours monthly, including Board meetings and committee work. Studies show that members of underrepresented communities do not apply for postings unless they are 100% \u201cqualified\u201d (Harvard Business Review post, 2014).
