Further Details
BurlingtonGreen is committed to creating a workforce and governing board that reflects the diversity of the populations we serve. Studies show that members of underrepresented communities do not apply for positions unless they are 100% “qualified” (Harvard Business Review post, 2014). If this is part of the reason you hesitate to apply, we encourage you to reconsider and give it a chance. Applications from all qualified individuals, including applicants from all cultures and backgrounds, racialized communities, diverse sexual and gender identities, and physical or mental abilities are welcome. We are committed to a selection process and work environment that is inclusive and barrier-free. We also encourage applicants to self-identify if they wish to do so.
