Following a 4 year review of the Nelson Aggregate Burlington quarry application and technical study, the Joint Agency Review Team ("JART")  has now released its consensus report highlighting major, inherent problems with the 150 acre quarry proposal. Government agencies are asking citizens to provide their comments on the report and the quarry application.
