We have heard your requests and are responding with action!  The BurlingtonGreen Eco-Youth Network offers a three step service to help you ensure your next event is as GREEN as it can be. The good news is not only will you be doing your part to help minimize the impact on the environment with your event activities, but 100% of your financial donation will directly support the important work of the youth program now and into the future!

 

Here's how it works:

1. Contact us (complete & submit comment form below) to let us know more about your event including the name and date of the event, expected number of people,venue location and other details you may have to offer such as if food will be served etc.

2. A BurlingtonGreen Representative will contact you to discuss service opportunities, next steps and program service costs.

3.  Our Youth team can offer the following greening efforts to help make your event an eco-success:

Pre-event planning to recommend a variety of greening actions such as food & serving supply considerations. energy use, eco-friendly promotional options, transit ideas and more.

During the event, youth volunteers adorning their BG t-shirts can welcome your guests, provide eco-gifts for your guests that we have helped you to select, organize all food waste collection and sorting to ensure minimal amounts go to landfill and assist with event clean-up needs.

Following the event, BurlingtonGreen will prepare an "event audit" report summarizing your green actions and present you with a BurlingtonGreen Eco-event certificate that you can proudly display.
