Overview of co-ops and other models by Bill Thompson, Hamilton Coordinator Blue Green Canada. Learn about community power and how the community renewable energy co-operative business model works. This workshop will also explore first steps in starting your community renewable energy co-op, including co-op group development.
Technology and site selection with Martin Ince, Project Developer, M.K. Ince and Associate Ltd, Renewable Energy and Environmental Consulting
Learn the basics of renewable energy installation site selection, including what is involved in assessing the suitability/feasibility of a site, site control and available technology, and the economics involved with various technologies. .
